Selenium and tellurium markets stay dull in April. Demand keeps shrinking in spot market and though import decreases, selenium supply is still sufficient in China. Though selenium dioxide prices rebound a bit early the month, thin deals are concluded and the price drops again late the month due to lack of demand.
