Global molybdenum market kept slow in early February, but Western molybdenum market was driven up by a round of purchase in the middle of this month, and prices of molyoxide and ferromolybdenum also increased. Because of uptrend in international market and resource tax riding for molybdenum ores, Chinese molybdenum market went up accordingly. However, as end-users’ demand remains slow, prices finally corrected down by the end of February.
