Chinese molybdenum powder export up by 139% MOM in December 2011

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 14 Feb 12 – In December, China exported 88,188kg of molybdenum powder, up by 139% compared with the volume of 36,925kg in November. Among the importers, the top three were America, Japan and South Korea.
In December, China exported 60,128kg of molybdenum powder to America, covering 68% of the total volume, ranking first among the importers, while it did not export any of the material to that country in November.
In December, China exported 24,000kg of molybdenum powder to Japan, ranking second, down by24 % compared with the volume of 31,505kg in November.
In December, China exported 2,700kg of molybdenum powder to South Korea, ranking third, down by 32% compared with the volume of 4,000kg in November.
