Guizhou Aluminum and Sunstone Development break ground on 300ktpy prebaked anode project

On July 12, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Liupanshui for the jointly invested 300,000tpy prebaked anode project of Guizhou Aluminum Group and Sunstone Development Co., Ltd., under the banner of their collaborative venture, Guizhou Sunstone Shuangyuan Carbon Materials Co., Ltd.
The project is planned to include a full-process production line with a capacity of 300,000tpy of prebaked anode, complemented by auxiliary facilities such as waste heat power generation and flue gas purification systems. The scope of construction covers the entire production chain, including petroleum coke calcination, green anode forming, anode baking, as well as an integrated waste heat recovery and utilization system.
