EIA draft issued for Zhanwei Aluminum's high-end aluminum alloy project

On July 8, the Chizhou Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau published the environmental impact report (draft for public comment) for 10,000tpy High-End Aluminum Alloy Wire and Profiles Project of Anhui Zhanwei Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd., inviting public feedback on the proposal.
The project is an expansion initiative, located in the Jiangnan Emerging Industry Concentration Zone of the Wanjiang River Belt in Chizhou City. It involves the acquisition of approximately 20 mu (about 1.33 hectares) of land west of Chuangyu Metal and south of Hanjiang Road. The development will include the construction of production facilities and supporting infrastructure totaling roughly 10,892 square meters in floor area. The company plans to procure extrusion presses and other processing equipment, which will add 10,000tpy of production capacity for aluminum alloy wires, profiles, bars and related products.
