Turkey imposes five-year anti-dumping duties on Chinese solar aluminum frames

A five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty on aluminum frames for photovoltaic panels imported from China took effect on June 24, 2026, pursuant to Decree No. 2026/23 issued by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. The definitive duties apply to product code 8541.90.00.00.11 and are calculated on a CIF value basis.
Six specific manufacturers face a duty rate of 38.26%. These include Jiangsu Yuejia Metallic Technology, Jiangyin Haihong New Energy Technology, Anhui Krant Aluminum Products, Jiangyin Yuanshuo Metal Technology, Yangzhou Yu Xin Metal Products, and Zhejiang Twinsel Electronic Technology. All other Chinese exporters are subject to a rate of 45.99%.
The final ruling concludes an investigation that was initiated in May 2025. Turkey had previously imposed provisional duties ranging from 14.79% to 31.40% in December 2025 before finalizing the current rates.
