Yunnan Qiancheng and Shanli Technology sign continuous hot-dip galvanizing/zinc-aluminum-magnesium project

Yunnan Qiancheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Qiancheng) and Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanli Technology) officially signed a contract for the turnkey construction of three continuous hot-dip galvanizing/zinc-aluminum-magnesium (ZAM) coating lines as part of Yunnan Qiancheng's "1,200,000tpy Green High-Performance Metal New Materials Production Base."
The production base, backed by a planned total investment of RMB2 billion (USD294.20 million) and spanning approximately 216 mu (about 35.6 acres), will produce a diverse portfolio of green high-performance metal materials, including cold-rolled sheets, premium hot-dip galvanized/ZAM-coated steel sheets, high-corrosion-resistance precision steel tubes, and highway guardrail plates.
The three lines covered under the agreement include: a 400,000tpy continuous ZAM coating line for products measuring 0.5–4.0mm × 650–1100mm, a 360,000tpy continuous ZAM coating line for products measuring 0.35–2.5mm × 650–1100mm and a 360,000tpy continuous hot-dip galvanizing line for products measuring 0.35–3.0mm × 650–1100mm. The lines are capable of producing a full range of coated products, including ZAM (medium-aluminum medium-magnesium, medium-aluminum low-magnesium, low-aluminum low-magnesium) and pure zinc coatings, offering broad specification coverage and comprehensive product variety.
