Guizhou Zhiyuan begins trial production of aluminum bar and profiles

Guizhou Zhiyuan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. commenced trial production on June 15 for its new materials project, which is designed to produce 100,000tpy of aluminum rods and 50,000tpy of aluminum profiles.
Construction of the project broke ground in January 2025, with the remaining three production lines scheduled to come online in the near term. Once fully operational, the four lines will deliver a daily output of 320t, generating an estimated daily production value of RMB6,000,000-7,000,000 (USD885,288-1,032,836). Products will be supplied to markets across multiple regions, including Guangdong and Shanghai.
After going operation, the project will address a critical shortfall in the region's high-end aluminum processing capabilities, generate more than 100 local jobs, and utilize recycled aluminum scrap for over 90% of its raw material needs.
