The domestic HRC market performance improved early this month following the price hike, but turned to unsatisfactory from the second half of the month dragged by the soft demand.The confidence of market participants weakened due to the slow market. Facing insufficient orders and showing no confidence in the market prospect, end users strictly purchased from hand to mouth, while steel mills produced actively boosted by the considerable profits.
In the meantime, the international HRC market ran slowly during the month, and prices went down in most countries.
