EAEU launches anti-dumping sunset review on Chinese aluminum cookware

The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) initiated a first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on Chinese aluminum cookware on May 29, 2026. The review was prompted by a request from manufacturers within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
The products subject to the review fall under HS codes 7615 10 100 0, 7615 10 800 9, 7616 99 100 8, and 7616 99 900 8.
The original dumping investigation began on June 29, 2020. As a result, the authority imposed a 21.89% AD duty on these products effective September 25, 2021. That measure carried a five-year validity period, leading to the current regulatory review.
