Aluminum foil cold rolling project kicks off in Guangyuan

The 50,000tpa aluminum foil cold rolling project has started construction at Yuanjiaba Aluminum Industrial Park, Guangyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project is invested by Sichuan Jixin Huachuang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and constructed by Guangyuan Deyou Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
With a total investment of RMB180 million (USD26.55 million) and a land area of around 2.67 hectares, the project will install core equipment including aluminum melting furnaces and casting mills, build two aluminum foil production lines, as well as supporting utility and environmental protection facilities. Construction will run from April 2026 to February 2027, with a total duration of 10 months.
Upon completion, the project will further improve the local aluminum industrial chain and drive high-quality development of the aluminum sector in Guangyuan.
