Anteros Metals Inc. has commenced its Phase 2 deep drilling program at the Seagull Property in northwestern Ontario, with drilling now extending beyond the previous maximum depth toward priority targets.
The program aims to evaluate three key zones:
The untested basal intrusive contact of the Seagull Intrusion, considered favourable for platinum group elements (PGE) and nickel-copper sulphide mineralization;
The structural and stratigraphic horizon linked to a previously reported pressurized gas zone encountered at roughly 877 metres in hole RM26-01;
A large, deep-seated low acoustic velocity geophysical anomaly, interpreted as a structurally disrupted, fractured, or potentially serpentinized ultramafic zone.
Anteros Metals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on advancing critical mineral projects in Newfoundland and Labrador and other Canadian regions, supporting the energy transition. Rift Minerals Inc., a private Ontario-based entity, operates the Seagull Project.
