As consumers from NdFeB magnet, ceramics pigment, catalyst, glass and polishing powder industries purchased actively, prices of Chinese PrNd, praseodymium, neodymium, gadolinium, ceium and yttrium related products moved up by approximately 8%, 7%, 5%, 15%, 3% and 1% respectively. Since the demand from NdFeB magnet, phosphor powder and electronic ceramics industries softened, prices of dysprosium, terbium and yttrium related products dropped by about 2%, 1% and 4% respectively.
The Japanese rare earth market witnessed limited buying activities but upward prices in April 2026. The South Korean, European and American rare earth markets saw more inquiries.
