Aotai Aluminum's sheet, strip and foil project achieves first coil production

Guangxi Aotai Aluminum Co., Ltd. has officially rolled out its first aluminum coil at its facility in Tianyang District, Baise City.
The project, with a total investment of RMB1 billion (USD147 million), is designed to produce 300,000 tonnes of high-performance aluminum sheet, strip and foil annually, supported by an additional 300,000 tonnes of recycled aluminum resources. It adopts a direct casting process using molten aluminum and is equipped with production lines for casting and rolling, cold rolling, and finishing rolling.
Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate approximately RMB7 billion (USD1.03 billion) in annual output value.
