Yongshan Lithium reports strong growth in lithium salt output and sales

Jinzhou Yongshan Lithium Co., Ltd. reported in its annual results that the company generated operating revenue of RMB5.42 billion (USD794 million) in 2025, down 8.04% YoY. Revenue from its core lithium salt business reached RMB1.63 billion (USD239 million), surging 61.06% YoY, while that from its molybdenum segment totaled RMB3.62 billion (USD531 million), down 25.54% YoY.
During the reporting period, lithium carbonate production rose sharply to 13,800 tonnes, surging 199.61% YoY, with sales of 13,600 tonnes, jumping 192.17% YoY. Lithium hydroxide production reached 14,500 tonnes, up 14.64% YoY, with sales of 14,400 tonnes, up 13.81% YoY.
In contrast, molybdenum operations weakened. Roasted molybdenum concentrate output fell to 29,700 tonnes, with sales of 6,894 tonnes, down 33.78% and 55.19% respectively from the prior year. Ferromolybdenum production totaled 17,600 tonnes, with sales of 18,000 tonnes, both declining by over 22% YoY.
