1. Market Highlights
The domestic flat steel market performance improved a little in the first half of the month following the spiral upward trend, but turned to unsatisfactory in the second half dragged by the price decline. The market was full of watchful atmosphere and end users strictly purchased from hand to mouth. Though the demand from downstream industries improved a little, it remained far from strong.
In the meantime, the international flat steel market witnessed rising prices during the month, but the market performance did not improve obviously.
