China will continue imposing anti-dumping duties on solar-grade polysilicon imports originating from the United States and South Korea after a final review found that ending the measures could lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and further injury to China's domestic solar-grade polysilicon industry, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
The extension, approved by the State Council Tariff Commission following a recommendation from the Ministry of Commerce, will take effect on January 14, 2026, and remain in place for five years.
