Yongmaotai plans to invest about RMB400 million (USD56.63 million) through its subsidiary Anhui Yongmaotai Auto Parts Co., Ltd. to build an intelligent manufacturing project for magnesium and aluminum alloy components used in cars and robots.
With a planned construction period of 24 months, the project will add magnesium alloy capacity and support Yongmaotai's "dual-track" materials system covering both aluminum and magnesium. It will also strengthen the company's lightweight automotive parts portfolio, expand its magnesium alloy product range, and tap into new growth opportunities in the robotics sector.
Yongmaotai continues to advance R&D in magnesium-aluminum alloy materials and their use in automotive and robotics components, with full in-house capabilities from materials development to finished parts.
