Xinshao Siwei obtains tungsten mining license

On November 27, Xinshao County Siwei Minerals Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hunan Gold Corporation, obtained a mining license for Tanxi tungsten deposit in Xinshao, Hunan, by converting its exploration rights to mining rights.
The licensed mining area covers about 1.33 square kilometers and will be developed via underground mining. The permit covers tungsten, magnetite, and silver ores, with an approved production capacity of 990,000 tonnes per year. The mining license is valid for 20 years, until March 27, 2045.
According to the exploration report for Tanxi tungsten deposit, the filed resource estimates (Measured + Indicated + Inferred) include 19.16 million tonnes of tungsten ore containing 70,411 tonnes of WO3 at an average grade of 0.367%; 242,000 tonnes of inferred magnetite ore grading 21.63% TFe; and 8.44 million tonnes of associated silver ore containing 14,400kg of silver at 1.7 g/t Ag.
