Tinci Materials signs electrolyte supply agreements

On November 6, Tinci Materials announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tianci High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd., has signed a procurement contract with Hefei Gotion High-Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Gotion High-Tech will purchase a total of about 870,000 tonnes of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tinci between 2026 and 2028.
On the same day, Tinci Materials also signed a supply framework agreement with CALB Group Co., Ltd., committing to supply approximately 725,000 tonnes of electrolyte products to CALB over the same three-year period.
Final purchase volumes, prices, and specifications will be determined in confirmed orders between the parties.
