The domestic flat steel market performance improved in the first half of the month, but weakened in the second half as the purchasing activities of end users reduced with the absence of stimulant policies. The demand from downstream industries increased a little, but far from strong. The supply kept rising as steel mills produced actively boosted by the considerable profits.
