LB Group posts strong H1 titanium dioxide output and sales

LB Group produced 682,200 tonnes of titanium dioxide in the first half of 2025, up by 5.02% YoY, including 463,500 tonnes from the sulfate process (up 2.16%) and 218,700 tonnes from the chloride process (up 11.64%), according to the company's semi-annual report.
H1 titanium dioxide sales totaled 612,000 tonnes, up by 2.08% YoY, with domestic sales accounting for 43.71% and overseas 56.29%. This included sulfate-process titanium dioxide sales of 427,400 tonnes (up 2.10%) and chloride-process sales of 184,600 tonnes (up 1.99%).
The company also produced 36,200 tonnes of sponge titanium, up by 9.30% YoY, with sales rising by 25.51% to 38,700 tonnes. Iron concentrate output reached 1.57 million tonnes, up by 2.15% YoY, while titanium concentrate output fell 33.82% to 691,900 tonnes, all for internal use. Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) showed strong growth, with output of 45,800 tonnes (up 64.10%) and sales of 38,500 tonnes (up 90.64%).
