On May 6, Ili Jianke Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. officially put its aluminum profile extrusion production lines into operation. The company's production facility includes two automated aluminum profile extrusion lines and a comprehensive production line covering processes such as anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, spraying, and thermal insulation. Once operational, the facility will have an annual production capacity of 7,500 tonnes, with an estimated annual output value of 180 million yuan (24.88 million US dollars), and is expected to create 100 local jobs.
The company is the first comprehensive aluminum profile enterprise in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, integrating research and development, production, sales, installation, and after-sales services. With a total investment of 150 million yuan (20.73 million US dollars), the company has established a complete industrial chain, from aluminum rod casting and profile extrusion to finished products for thermal-break doors, windows, and curtain walls. Its product range spans over 10,000 varieties across the construction, home, and industrial sectors.
