Kedisheng Aluminum launches 50ktpa aluminum profile project in Guangxi

On April 29, Guangxi Kedisheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its industrial aluminum profiles project with an annual capacity of 50,000 tonnes in Tianlin, Guangxi.
With a total investment of RMB500 million (USD68.81 million) and a planned land area of 60 Mu (4 hectares), the project will mainly produce 50,000 tonnes of lightweight aluminum alloy industrial profiles and 50,000 tonnes of recycled aluminum annually. Construction includes production lines for extrusion, coating, and other processes, with an expected annual output value of RMB2 billion (USD275 million) once operational.
The company stated that the project's upstream raw materials, aluminum bar and molten aluminum, are a key factor in its location choice, as Tianlin offers access to 380,000tpa molten aluminum resources. This will significantly reduce costs and enhance the company's competitiveness.
