On February 12, Litio Minera Argentina S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd., started the first phase of production at its Mariana lithium salt lake project in Argentina, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tonnes of lithium chloride.
Located in Salta Province, Mariana lithium salt lake project has a total lithium resource of about 8.12 million tonnes of LCE.
