Xintai Technology inks rare earth oxides purchase agreement

Ji'an Xintai Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Huahong Technology Stock Co., Ltd., has signed rare earth oxides purchase agreements with China Rare Earth Group International Trade Co., Ltd., Ningbo Fonne Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd., and Ganzhou Chenguang Rare Earths New Material Co., Ltd., to secure the supply of rare earth oxide for the twelve months ended January 2026.
Under the agreements, from February 2025 to January 2026, Xintai Technology will purchase about 130t, 42.5-64t, and 15t of rare earth oxides per month respectively from China Rare Earth Group International Trade, Ningbo Fonne and Ganzhou Chenguang. The purchase volumes are estimated and will be subject to the actual contracts.
Xintai Technology and its subsidiaries are mainly engaged in the comprehensive utilization of rare earth resources.The company has an annual production capacity of 12,000t of high-purity recycled rare earth oxides.
