Feedback received for third batch of third round of central environmental inspections

On January 9th and 10th, China's central authorities gave feedback on the third batch of the third round of environmental inspections carried out in Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan, Guizhou and four central government-owned enterprises, namely China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec), Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. (Sinochem) and China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC).
Companies that received poor feedback will be supervised and urged to formulate a rectification plan within 45 days and submit it to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council.
