Guocheng Lithium to sign lithium concentrate purchase agreement with Jinxin Mining

Guocheng Mining announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sichuan Guocheng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. plans to sign a long-term spodumene concentrate purchase agreement with its partially-owned subsidiary Malkang Jinxin Mining Co., Ltd.
According to the agreement, Jinxin Mining will supply spodumene concentrate (Li2O≥4.8%, Fe2O3≤3%, H2O≤15%) to Guocheng Lithium. Under the same terms, Jinxin Mining will give priority to supplying Guocheng Lithium with spodumene concentrate subject to the above-mentioned quality standard, to ensure the supply of raw material for Guocheng Lithium's projects. The sales prices would be determined by negotiation subject to market prices. The validity period for the agreement is five years.
