Mengtai Group acquires 100% stake in Alu Menziken

Inner Mongolia Mengtai Group Co., Ltd. has completed the transfer of ownership through the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Alu Menziken, a well-known aluminum deep-processing company operating four production bases in Europe. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mengtai Group, Alu Menziken is expected to help boost the Chinese company's global market share in high-end aluminum alloy products.
Alu Menziken is mainly engaged in the production of aluminum alloy cast rod and aluminum extrusion and also provides options for surface treatment, machining and integrated testing, with an annual production capacity of 30,000t of aluminum extrusions and 60,000t of aluminum round bar. The company has a staff of approximately 700 employees and realizes annual sales of nearly EUR300 million.
