Chengxin Lithium signs deal to supply CALB with lithium raw materials

Chengxin Lithium has entered into an agreement with CALB and Huirong Mining to cooperate on the raw material supply chain for CALB. Under the agreement, CALB would lock the lithium salt products in advance from Chengxin Lithium, which will make shipments in line with CALB's requirement. Based on the cooperation between CALB and Chengxin Lithium, Huirong Mining will provide Chengxin Lithium with lithium concentrate and agreed to give priority to supplying lithium concentrate to Chengxin Lithium during the contract period.
Huirong Mining owns Murong lithium mine in Yajiang, Sichuan, with proven mineral resources of 61.10 million tonnes at 1.62% Li2O, amounting to 989,600 tonnes of lithium oxide, making it the biggest hard rock lithium deposit ever discovered in Asia and one of the highest grade lithium mines in Sichuan, China. The company has been granted the mining permit by the Ministry of Natural Resources for Murong lithium mine, which is ready for development.
