CISA: Major steel mills' daily steel product output up 10.7% in late Sep

Major Chinese steel mills produced around 21.38 million tonnes of finished steel products during the last ten-day period of September, when the daily output was 2,138,000 tonnes, up by 10.7% from mid-September, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
By the end of the period, major Chinese steel mills held finished steel products inventory of around 14.28 million tonnes, a decrease of 1,370,000 tonnes or 8.8% from ten days ago.
