Wanli Stone announced a capital increase of RMB50 million (USD7.07 million) in cash for its holding subsidiary Wanli (Xiamen) New Energy Resources Co., Ltd. to meet capital needs for related projects, as the company seeks to further raise its stake in subsidiary and boost its presence in the new energy business.
Upon completion, the registered capital of Wanli New Energy will increase to RMB130 million (USD18.38 million) from the initial RMB80 million (USD11.31 million), and Wanli Stone will raise its shareholding in the subsidiary from 51% to 69.85%.
