China Rare Earth Group increases reserves by nearly 5 million tonnes

China Rare Earth Group announced the addition of 4.96 million tonnes of rare earth oxide (REO) to its strategic reserves following the successful mineral exploration campaign conducted in Sichuan's Liangshan region.
According to the first two batches of rare earth production quotas issued for 2024, China Rare Earth Group was awarded mining quotas of 81,350 tonnes in total this year.
