CISA: Major steel mills' daily steel product output falls to 1.98Mt in early Jul

Major Chinese steel mills produced about 19.79 million tonnes of steel products during the first ten-day period of July, during which the daily output was 1,979,100 tonnes, down by 13.35% from late June, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
By the end of the period, major Chinese steel mills held steel products inventory of around 15.40 million tonnes, an increase of 708,200 tonnes or 4.82% from ten days ago.
