Xingzhihai receives first shipment of raw material for lithium hydroxide project

On May 24, the first shipment of 5,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate purchased by Hainan Xingzhihai New Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hainan Mining, arrived at SDIC Yangpu Port, which will be used for the company's lithium hydroxide project.
A second shipment of 10,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate is expected to arrive at Yangpu Port in June, according to the company. Before Hainan Mining's Bougouni lithium mine in Mali comes on stream, these two shipments would ensure sufficient supply of raw material to Xingzhihai's lithium hydroxide project.
Xingzhihai recently put the project's rotary kiln into operation and expects to begin the hot commissioning phase as soon as possible.
