With a total investment of around RMB80 million (USD11.04 million), the production base covers a land area of nearly 10,000 square meters and has a total floor area of 5,000 square meters, and when fully operational, it will be able to produce 1,500 tonnes per annum of tungsten oxide . Construction of the project kicked off last year and was completed in May 2024.
As the project comes on stream, South Korea will have a more stable supply channel and a healthier supply chain for the raw material of tungsten. Xiamen Tungsten expects a further recycling expansion in overseas markets and will position TUNGAMOY METALS as an important strategic stronghold to boost the recycling capacity of tungsten resource.
