Tengyuan Cobalt reports strong growth in annual cobalt and copper production

Tengyuan Cobalt saw significant increases in the production and sales of cobalt and copper in 2023 as more production lines were put into operation during the year, according to the company's annual report.
In 2023, Tengyuan Cobalt achieved annual production of 15,595 metal tons of cobalt, up by 60.74% YoY, and 49,646 tons of copper, up by 77.96% YoY, and its annual sales of cobalt and copper increased by 68.08% and 70.79% respectively from the prior year to 15,563 metal tons and 49,239 tons. The company added nickel and lithium production lines in 2023, when nickel production and sales reached 473 metal tons and 443 metal tons respectively, and the annual lithium production and sales recorded 30.94 metal tons and 15.94 metal tons respectively.
