CISA: Major steel mills' daily steel product output records 1.91Mt in early Feb

Major Chinese steel mills produced about 19.13 million tonnes of steel products during the first ten-day period of February 2024, during which the daily output was 1,912,700 tonnes, down by 2.79% from late January, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
In early February, major Chinese steel mills held steel products inventory of around 15.10 million tonnes, an increase of 2.9 million tonnes or 23.78% from late January.
