Dongsheng Mining, a subsidiary of Shengda Resources, has obtained approval to develop the Bayan-Uul silver-mixed metal mine project with an annual mining capacity of 250,000t.
Dongsheng Mining plans to invest a total of RMB284 million (USD39.3 million) for the underground mining of silver, lead, zinc, gold, gallium, arsenic and other minerals in the Bayan-Uul mining area. Construction of the project is scheduled to take three years.
