Recently, Miracle Automation's 50,000tpy LFP battery recycling project (phase one) produced first battery-grade lithium carbide and battery-grade iron phosphate products, indicating that phase one of the project completes commissioning and is ready for formal operation with average recovery rate of lithium carbide and iron phosphate expected to reach 95%.
At present, Miracle Automation has an annual 100,000tpy processing capacity of used lithium battery, including 50,000tpy ternary lithium battery and 50,000tpy LFP battery, and the Co-Ni and Li average recovery rate reaches 98% and 90% respectively in its ternary lithium battery recovering sector.
