1 Market Highlights
Most producers of lead ingot increased the production this month and the downstream clients purchased from hand to mouth, leading to decreased prices this month.
In March, the supply of domestic lead concentrate increased. And the market saw steady TCs and increased deals for domestic lead concentrate. Most downstream clients purchased actively. Both supply and transactions of imported lead concentrate remained limited in general in March.
The prices of secondary lead ingot went down this month following that of primary lead ingot. Considering the narrowing prices gaps between primary and secondary lead ingot, the market demand for secondary lead ingot increased, spot market saw stable consumption.
