    "We hold the price of black silicon carbide 88%min 1-10mm Fe2O3 3%max free C 2.6%max unchanged from late last week at USD1090/t CIF Busan and could not give any concessions. We received no orders this week so far and closed our last deal last Thursday when we sold around 20t at USD1,090/t CIF Busan with a freight about USD5/t," a trader in South Korea disclosed.Asian Metal Copyright "We last sold about 40t at USD1,110t CIF Busan about a week ago and have no orders this week so far", the trader revealed, adding that in consideration of the stable prices from their Chinese suppliers, they have to hold the price firm and hold the belief that the import prices of black silicon carbide in South Korea would remain flat in the upcoming week.Asian Metal Copyright Given the firm prices from their Chinese suppliers, they predict to keep their price stable and hold the view that the prices of black silicon carbide in South Korea would stay steady in the forthcoming week.

    The trader, with a regular monthly trading volume of 80t, expects to sell around 80t in March, unchanged MoM. They have no stocks at the moment.

    Another trader in South Korea confirmed that they offer USD1,110/t CIF Busan for black silicon carbide 90%min 1-10mm Fe2O3 2%max free C 1.5%max and they could accept no counteroffer. "We last sold about 40t at USD1,110/t CIF Busan about a week ago and have no orders this week so far", the trader revealed, adding that in consideration of the stable prices from their Chinese suppliers, they have to hold the price firm and hold the belief that the import prices of black silicon carbide in South Korea would remain flat in the upcoming week.

    Based on a typical monthly trading volume of 80t, the trader expects to sell around 80t in March, compared to around 60t last month. They have no stocks at the moment.
