Mongolia's coal production up by 2.04 times YoY in Jan-Feb

Data released by National Statistical Office of Mongolia showed that from January to February 2023, the production of coal of Mongolia totaled about 10.96 million tons, up by 203.8% from the same period last year; and the export of coal totaled about 4.4 million tons, up by 239.3% YoY.
In February, the coal production recorded about 4.98 million tons, up by 214.1% YoY while down by 14.1%; and the export of coal reached 776,100t, up by 15.2% YoY while down by 78.6% MoM.
