Nanning, China Rare Earth Group and Wolong Holding Group reaches consensus on cooperation

On February 17, a consultative meeting was held and participated by representatives from government of Nanning city, China Rare Earth Group and Wolong Holding Group on potential cooperation on the Wolong Chinalco Nanning project. The three parties reached consensus on cooperation and hoped to launch project construction at the end of this March.
To be located in Xingning district, Nanning city and to cover a land area of 251 Mu (16.73 hectares), the project will be composed of two parts, high-performance magnetic materials and permanent magnetic materials. When it goes into operation, it is expected to help extend the rare earth industrial chain and expand applications of rare earth materials in the motor industry, and also is expected to inject new momentum into Nanning's economic development.
