Hagong Intelligent to acquire 70% equity of Dingxing Mining and 49% equity of Xingli Technology

Jiangsu Hagong Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. announced on February 8th that it plans to acquire 70% equity of Dingxing Mining and 49% equity of Xingli Technology, whose 51% shares are directly held by Dingxing Mining, through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The price of the deal hasn't been decided.
Focusing on mining and dressing of lithium-bearing porcelain clay ore, Dingxing Mining owns the mining right of Dingxing Porcelain Clay Mine located in Dongcao Village, Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province, with existing resources of over 55 million tons within the mining district and the mining and dressing scale of 1.2 million tons per year respectively. The lithium-bearing porcelain clay ore will be processed into lepidolite and its by-products of feldspar powder, tantalum-niobium ore to be sold to other companies.
