1 Market Highlights
As the government ended its epidemic prevention and control policy earlier this month, most producers hold positive view to the market, which brought increased prices this month. Given that consumers purchased by needs, the transactions of primary lead ingot remained flat this month.
In December, the supply of domestic lead concentrate increased slightly as many producers in North China resumed normal output from the beginning of this month. And the market saw steady TCs and increased deals for domestic lead concentrate this month. Both supply and transactions of imported lead concentrate remained limited in general in December.
Prices of secondary lead ingot went up this month following that of primary lead ingot. Considering the expanded prices gaps between primary and secondary lead ingot, spot market saw increased deals under the stable consumption, especially the Spring Festival is coming.
