VITAL completes acquisition of 5N Plus Belgium

The Vital Group ("VITAL") announced on December 19 the completion of the acquisition of 5N Plus Belgium, which has been renamed Vital Materials Belgium ("VMBE") and will be integrated into VITAL's Functional Materials Division.
The transaction is expected to strengthen VITAL's position in the European market and enhance its global dominance in specialty metals materials industry by providing customers with a diverse selection of specialty metals and their compounds.
VMBE holds a long history of industrial and metallurgical manufacturing and focuses on production of bismuth, lead, nitrate and other products used by catalysis and extraction industries.
