Kaisheng New Materials to issue convertible bonds of RMB650 million for new-type lithium salt project

Kaisheng New Materials announced on December 18th that it will issue convertible bonds to raise no more than RMB650 million (USD93.24 million) and all the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to develop a 10,000tpy project of new-type lithium salt used in lithium battery field and supplement working capital.
