Anzhong Inc.'s holding sub-subsidiary Lingneng Lithium temporarily halts production

Anzhong Inc. announced on December 1 that its holding sub-subsidiary, Jiangxi Lingneng Lithium Co., Ltd. plans to temporarily stop production for equipment overhaul and maintenance in order to coordinate with infrastructure upgrading of the High-tech industrial park in Shanggao County (Jiamei Road renovation project). The equipment maintenance of Lingneng Lithium is estimated to reduce its daily production of lithium carbonate by about 20 tons, with a daily revenue lose of about RMB11 million (USD1.7 million).
