Leary to build 60,000tpy carbon coated foil project with Shenlong Baoding

Leary announced on December 1 that the company, its holding subsidiary Foshan Dawei Technology Co., Ltd. and members of its core team and Shenlong Baoding New Materials Co., Ltd., affiliated to Shenhuo Coal & Power Co., Ltd., planned to sign a cooperation investment agreement to jointly fund the establishment of a project company to build a carbon coated foil project with an annual output of 60,000 tons. The shareholding ratio of Leary, Foshan Dawei and core team members is 80% in total, and the corresponding project investment amount is about 480 million yuan (68.06 million US dollars).
